Dharamshala — His Holiness the Dalai Lama, spiritual leader of Tibet, has expressed his solidarity with the victims of the floods in Libya and made a donation towards rescue and relief efforts in the areas affected by the floods. His Holiness wrote: "I pray for those brothers and sisters who have lost their lives and offer my heartfelt condolences to their families, as well as to others affected by this catastrophe."

Prague —Deputy Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, attended the third summit of the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China (IPAC) held in Prague from 1 to 2 September 2023. Deputy Speaker said,"CCP is targeting the fundamentals of the Tibetan identity- our language and religion, which is also the bedrock of our civilization. Beijing’s effort to control the highest and most revered person of Tibet proves that CCP has no legitimacy to rule Tibet legally, politically and morally."

Canberra — Australian Senator Janet Rice raised concerns about the Chinese government's interference in the reincarnation of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet and human rights issues in Tibet, including forced labour and Chinese colonial-style boarding schools for more than a million Tibetan children, as well as the forced separation of children from their parents and families, which aims to eliminate Tibetan identity.

Dharamshala — Central Tibetan Administration held a celebration to commemorate the 63rd Tibetan Democracy Day in Dharamshala, with presence of the Swedish parliamentary delegation and CTA donors. Swedish MP said, “What China does against Tibet and its people are not acceptable. We, as MPs in other countries, we are obliged to raise this situation. Tibet belongs to its people.”

Shewatsel Phodrang, Leh, Ladakh — His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the spiritual leader of Tibet, congratulates Prime Minister Narendra Modi on India’s historic Chandrayaan-3 landing on the Moon on Wenesday and His Holiness said," the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 is a tribute to the people of India who have devoted their attention to scientific development since ancient times."
