Dharamshala, India — President of the Central Tibetan Administration Dr Lobsang Sangay has congratulated Scott Morrison on the occasion of his recent appointment as the Prime Minister of Australia.
“On behalf of the Central Tibetan Administration, please accept my congratulations on your appointment as Prime Minister of Australia,” said President Dr Sangay.
In the message, Tibetan President wished the Australian Prime Minister success in his new post, saying "Noting the special friendship between Tibet and Australia."
“We are confident that the Australian government’s support for His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Tibet will continue under your new leadership,” Dr Sangay further added.
