Dharamshala, India — The Central Tibetan Administration set to open a new "Tibet Museum" to exhibit Tibet's sixty years of tragic history under Chinese occupation and the several thousand years of history as an independent nation to build an understanding of what happened to Tibet under China.

Dharamshala — Tibetan President Dr Lobsang Sangay announced new regulations passed down by the Government of India regarding the Residential/Registration certifications (RC) held by Tibetan refugees residing in India, and instructed all Tibetans to register their RCs online.

Dharamshala, India — "The Doklam stand off and the repeated cross border incursion of Chinese soldiers into Indian territories is a sign of China's expansionist mindset. India needs to be wary of China's belligerent attitude," President Dr Lobsang Sangay told a delegation of around Indian journalists who paid a visit to the Central Tibetan Administration, Thursday morning.

Dharamshala — Central Tibet Administration's Department of Education held a press conference on January 8th, announcing 158 vacancies at eight Tibetan schools following the transfer of schools from Central Tibetan Schools Administration (CTSA) to Sambhota Tibetan Schools Administration (STSS).

Bodh Gaya, Bihar, India — Following the end of His Holiness the Dalai Lama's teaching in Bodhgaya, Chief Minister of Bihar, Shri Nitish Kumar joined the spiritual leader to release the English translation of the 'historic' first volume of Science and Philosophy in the Indian Buddhist Classics.

Bodh Gaya, Bihar, India — "People are bullying and killing each other. Others are neglected to die of starvation. How can we put up with this when we regularly pray for all beings to be free from suffering? As followers of the Buddha we should ask ourselves every day how we can help others, since we all want happiness and don’t want suffering," His Holiness the Dalai Lama insisted during the three day teaching held in Bodhgaya.
