Geneva — Tibetans living in Switzerland observed the 68th anniversary of declaration of World Human Rights Day with a demonstration in front of the United Nations for Human Rights in Geneva to highlight the deteriorating human rights situation inside Tibet.

Dharamshala, India — Prime Minister of the Central Tibetan Administration has called on UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein, to visit Tibet to assess the human rights situation, particularly the pressing situation in Larung Gar and Yachen Gar.

Tokyo, Japan — The spiritual leader of Tibet, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, arrived for his 23rd trip to Japan on November 8th for an extended trip including a series of public talks and Buddhist teachings.
