Melbourne: It seems the Chinese people have just about had enough of the ruling communist regime, as recent comments from intellectuals and ordinary netizens show indications of the impending collapse of the government that has oppressed the Chinese people for the past sixty-one years. This year, unrest has reached new levels and emboldened citizens are standing up for their rights.

London: - Since it's formation in 1959 the Tibetan Government in Exile has been taking small aided steps towards a Westernised definition of democracy. London: The Super Bowl, possibly one of the last places you would expect to see the Potala Palace or hear about Tibetan culture being at peril. On the face of it such a huge viewership attention on Tibet should be seen as an immense boost to the Tibetan cause. However, the controversial nature of the advert has not only received a backlash from Tibetans but from Chinese nationals also.

Dharamshala: Founded in 1996, the Center for Tibetan Human Rights and Democracy (TCHRD) is the only human rights organization in exile involving litigation, legal advocacy, education, and public outreach. Each year it publishes an annual report covering violations, positive trends, if any, and "significant human rights-related processes" affecting Han Chinese and Tibetans.
