Dharamshala: The visiting Chinese Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs to Oslo, the capital of Norway, H. E. Fu Ying Yesterday commented positive prospects on future dialogue with HH the Dalai Lama's envoys. She stated that "the door for talks is always open, it has been open for years - for decades, and there are difficulties and there sincerity from the Chinese side to continue the dialogue." She Also talked about how much she value the Tibet and planning her summer holiday in Tibet.

Dharamshala: The Task Force on Sino-Tibetan Dialogue convened its 22nd meeting this morning in Dharamshala, the site of the Tibetan Government in Exile and the second home of exiled Tibetan leader Dalai Lama.

Dharamshala: Tibetan spiritual leader His Holiness the the Dalai Lama said they are not seeking independence but meaningful "autonomy", as the majority of Tibetan people currently following the middle-way approach which fully committed to his philosophy of non-violent path for their fight for Tibetan cause.

Dharamshala: Authorities in Nepal have arrested at least 10 Tibetan refugees, who arrived in Charikot, the district headquarters of Dolakha in Nepal, without acquiring visas on Wednesday. Three of the arrested are confirmed as women.
