Tibetan govt holds solidarity prayer for Larung Gar and self-immolator

Dharamshala — The Central Tibetan Administration's Kashag and the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile held a joint prayer service on December 10th to express solidarity with the monks and nuns of Larung Gar and condole the death of latest Tibetan self-immolator, Tashi Rabten.
