Dharamshala, India - “Today, the world is faced by a crisis of emotions and I believe the ancient Indian knowledge of the workings of the mind can be of great value in tackling them. I came to realize how valuable this knowledge could be for achieving peace of mind," His Holiness the Dalai Lama said while explaining it also requires self-confidence and determination, for which it’s important to be honest and truthful.

Dharamshala, India — “We need a scientific approach to the promotion of warmheartedness. This work may not bring quick results and I may not live to see them, but those in their 30s now may see the emergence of a more peaceful human population," His Holiness the Dalai Lama told the Russian scientists at the conclusion of a two-day dialogue between Russian and Buddhist Scholars at the Main Tibetan Temple in Dharamshala, India on May 4, 2018.

New Delhi, India — 'We are all mentally, physically and emotionally the same. We all want to live a happy, joyful life and scientists say that experiments show that basic human nature is compassionate,' His Holiness the Dalai Lama said, adding: "When you’re warm-hearted, your physical health improves, whereas if you’re constantly full of hatred and anger it undermines your immune system.”
